Shipping Policy

Please note that the shipping carrier is selected by us. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific shipping methods, delivery dates, or time slots.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Regarding Shipping Damages We take great care to pack your order securely to prevent damage to the outer box. However, please note that damage may occur during transit due to carrier handling after the package has left our facility. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding minor scratches or dents on the outer packaging that do not affect the actual product.

Tracking Your Order When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact.dekyeol@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
