To First-Time Buyers of Premium Full-Grain Leather

We use raw hides in their natural state, without any surface processing. If you prioritize uniform patterns and flawless surfaces, we kindly ask you to reconsider your purchase.

Most lower-grade leathers are made by sanding down the surface, embossing artificial grain patterns with a press, and applying a thick synthetic coating. This allows every product to maintain an identical look and a blemish-free appearance. However, full-grain leather—the highest grade available—is material that has not been sanded. As a result, the leather’s inherent marks and characteristics are preserved exactly as they are.

The leather used in our products carries the natural traces of the animal’s skin. Please understand that these are unique signatures and charms of natural leather, not product defects.

Scar Marks

Marks caused by various factors such as scratches, wounds, or abrasions.

Insect Bite Marks

Small spots or mottled marks appearing on the surface.

Stretch Marks

Natural marks formed as the animal grew.

Wrinkles

Natural creases or patterns occurring in areas where the leather folds, such as the neck or joints.

Vein Marks

Traces of blood vessels that appear as natural, unique patterns similar to marble veining.

Recovered Scar Marks

Traces where the skin texture has become faint or blurred as a wound healed.

Grain Variation

Natural leather varies in density and texture depending on the part of the hide. Each product will show a unique grain, and the pattern may even vary within different parts of a single product.

Pressure Marks

Natural leather is susceptible to indentation. These are marks caused by the tools used during the crafting and stitching process.

Minor Dents and Scratches

Subtle indentations or scratches that naturally occur during the processing, transportation, or storage of the raw hides.
